Dr. Reyna brings experience in corporate strategy, banking, financial modeling, business ownership, and completed valuation engagements. An Army medic veteran and Texas rental-property owner, he understands the difference between what a spreadsheet projects and what a business actually delivers.

to business ownership.
Dr. Reyna combines corporate strategy and banking experience with hands-on business ownership and completed valuation assignments.
His work has included bank PMO financial operations, financial modeling, project governance, and strategic analysis. As an owner of two single-family rental homes and two tiny homes in Texas, he has managed the financing, operating costs, and cash-flow decisions behind his own investments.
Selected valuation work includes a commercial-services business evaluated against a $1.3 million offer, a pest-control company cost-of-capital analysis, and acquisition underwriting for a 28-pad manufactured-housing community.
His investing experience has been covered by Business Insider and BiggerPockets. Each advisory engagement is scoped individually, with qualifications, conflicts, fee, and intended use addressed before work begins.
