The contact form collects your name, email address, selected service and summary. Submissions are stored as private inquiry records in this WordPress site’s administration and may be emailed to the site’s administrative email address. Only authorized site administrators should have access. Submission information is used to review and respond to requests, not to establish an automatic professional engagement. Do not provide confidential case files, financial statements, taxpayer information or account numbers until a secure transfer process has been agreed.

Professional status

Reyna is not currently a licensed CPA firm and does not provide audit, review, attest, or legal services. Dr. Manny Reyna does not currently hold CPA or CVA credentials. Services are provided only within appropriate qualifications and engagement scope.

Entity status

Until a separate professional-services legal entity and assumed-name requirements are completed, services are offered through Reyna Ventures LLC. This website does not state that a separate entity has been formed or registered.
